Anthony H. Chance, known as "Tony" is the Director of Finance and Business Operations for Hancock Place School District in south St. Louis County. He has also held the chief financial administrative positions in the Warren County R-III School District and the Mexico School District. He lives in St. Albans, Missouri.
COM Chance serves as a board member of the Housing Partnership in South St. Louis County. He also serves on the board of the Chance Foundation in Centralia, Missouri.
Tony is married to Colleen Chance. They have two sons who are also SAR members.
COM Chance's ancestors came to Boone County in the 1820s. His Patriot Ancestor is REV. John Gano, who was a Chaplain in the Continental Army who baptized George Washington.
