Charles Norris Lee is a native of Boone County, who resides in Columbia. He earned his Boy Scout Eagle Badge in 1956. He and his wife, Carol, have three sons who are all Eagle Scouts. Carol is a DAR member.

COM Lee served in the U.S. Army from 1960-1963. He is a Past-President of the Columbia Kiwanis Club.

For 30 years, Charlie worked in the plumbing, heating, and Air Conditioning business. He is retired from the University of Missouiri Dept. of Construction and Maintenance.

His Patriot Ancestor is Thomas Stone.
