COM John D. Miller is a 1977 graduate of the University of Missouri, School of Accounting. He was named to Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges. He also attended the Graduate Institute of Cooperative Leadership.

He is self-employed as a Certified Public Accountant and real estate developer for more than 40 years.

He has served as Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the MGC Chapter. He is also president of the Fayette Round Table Club.

COM Miller has served two terms as a Rocheport, MO City Alderman.

COM Miller is married to Patty Miller. His Patriot Ancestor is James Warnick.
