COM Jake William Krause attended elementary school in Eureka, Missouri, and graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School, Colleyville, Texas, in 2022.

Jake is a student athlete [baseball, track&field, football], was a member of the 4X100 Texas State Championship Relay Team in 2021 and was selected to the All District (District 6-5A) Baseball Team [Dallas, TX area] in 2022.

Jake held CAR and a Junior SAR memberships prior to attaining full SAR membership. Jake's patriot ancestor is Peter Reasoner.
