Compatriot Haley is retired from the Printing Industry.

He served in the United States Army from 1966-1968 and is a Vietnam Veteran. He belongs to the American Legion and VFW.

Compatriot Haley is married to Linda Hodge Haley. The Haleys have two daughters, Amy and Michelle. Mrs. Haley and both daughters are DAR members in the Continental Congress chapter in Marceline, MO.

The Haleys have six grandchildren. One grand daughter is a CAR member.

Compatriot Haley's patriot ancestor is Zadock Hawkins from Connecticut.
